A little more about me.

I picked up my first camera at 13, and the moment I looked through the lens, I knew I found my passion - but at that time photographing flowers and little mushrooms in the woods of New Hampshire, I didn't know how yet how it would evolve. At 15, I photographed my first wedding and realized how much I loved capturing meaningful moments for others to help tell a story. Since then, photography has taken me from quiet villages to busy cities—often through work with the Rotary Club and other causes—telling stories that deserve to be seen.

I have a documentarian approach to any story I tell. It’s about noticing what others might miss, and making a cohesive narrative for any occasion or cause. I bring both a trained eye and a technical mindset to each shoot— whether it's searching constantly for the right moment at a wedding or considering how to create the right feel for a brand.

Over the years, I’ve documented love stories, family milestones, brands, musicians, pets, world travel, and much more. My portfolio is diverse, but the heart of my work is constant: I tell stories—honestly, artfully, and with deep respect for the people in front of my lens. It’s an honor to do what I love, and even more so to do it in service of others.

art of storytelling

Before I ever picked up a camera, I was writing—journals, short stories, poetry. Words gave me a way to hold moments still, to understand the emotional thread that runs beneath what we see. That instinct—to observe, interpret, and distill—shapes how I approach storytelling across all mediums. Whether through language, light, or composition, I’ve always been drawn to capturing what’s real and meaningful. My love for poetry and art has trained me to see through multiple lenses—emotional, visual, and narrative—so when I tell a story, I do it with layers, intention, and truth.

through Photography

Photography is how I translate that story into something tangible. I’m intentional with light, composition, and environment—shaping each image with technical precision to guide emotion and focus. Whether I’m capturing the layered movement of a full-day wedding, the confidence of a branding portrait, or the quiet bond between a person and their pet, I treat every session as a narrative worth honoring. My process is equal parts art and discipline: anticipating the arc of a moment, reading body language, adapting to changing light, and editing with restraint so nothing is lost. My goal is to preserve the truth of the moment, elevated by design but never overwritten by it.
